It's such a well maintained property and the staff is always more than helpful. Its only been a year of our stay, but feels like Home!! Specially the courtyard and all the views of the property are soothing! With club one gym in the property and all the good restaurants at walkable distance, it is truly an awesome n most convenient place to live in!

Well maintained, secure, esthetically appealing and centrally located. Multicultural, mixed income, lovely grounds, great staff, gym, shopping near by. Rent not controlled so it is getting very expensive relative to income which is decreasing. It took a few years to get bike parking but it was finally installed.

I would say it was a nice place to live, very quiet. Staff is helpful.

It's very central to a lot of places in SF. The people are friendly. The staff is helpful and get things done in a timely matter. It has been great living here and an enjoyable experience. I love the monthly newsletters.

Great but expensive

That it is a very nice place to live. It was $700 when I moved in and rent has gone up with the economy. But, plesae come by if you want a great place to live.

A lot of accommodations and the bus service is a big plus. Good location although neighborhood can be a little sketchy at times. Gym in the complex.

fillmore center is awesome!

its a neat and clean community, buildings are well maintained, the resident services and maintenance facilities are very responsive. its very well connected to public transportation, is safe and most of the amenities are a stone's throw away. there are ethnic grocery stores around as well as a big safeway. dont need to lug heavy bags for long. its right across the street. there are theaters, bars, restaurants, dollar stores, walgreens, and whatever u can think of at a short distance. 15 minutes from downtown. very easy to find cabs. its a hidden oasis in the center of the city. and oh for those who dont have cars, just rent a zip car from downstairs, they are parked in the garage.

Yes. Good location, but a bit expensive for a studio apt.

The Fillmore Center is in a convenient location. Units are well planned with many convenient features not found in older buildings. The office, security, maintenance and all staff are professional, attentive and courteous at all times. Repairs are timely. Secrity staff ensure a safe, secure living environment. Be aware of sizable yearly raises in the rent if you plan on staying for an estended length of time.

Good location, nice apt. good staff, but starting to get expensive.

It's young vibrant and close to all the major bus lines. There's little nuisances but everywhere you go you'll have them. I live on Eddy & Fillmore facing the inner courtyard. It's much more quiet than the apt's facing the streets. What I like about this is the shuttle that takes you to Financial District. It beats riding muni!
